Product Line
 Basic Source's product line consists of tablets and creams that contain inorganic minerals called biochemical tissue salts.
Our products are of exceptionally high quality. The biochemical tissue salt tablets that we import from Germany are prepared using methods based on Dr. W. H. Schüssler's Biochemical System of Medicine (introduced in 1871), in accordance with the German Homeopathic Pharmacopia.
Following Dr. Schüssler's formulation, 1 Calcium Fluoride, 4 Ferrum Phosphate and 12 Silicea tablets are prepared in the 12X potency for better absorption; all the other tablets are prepared in the 6X potency. Each of the 12 tissue salt minerals in tablet form is available in quantities of 400, 800, 1,000 or 2,000 tablets.
The tissue salt creams are imported from Switzerland, and are blended into a natural base and pleasantly scented with pure rose oil. They are formulated and operate on exactly the same principles as the tissue salt tablets and can be used for both acute and chronic conditions Where there is severe pain they should be applied gently. Because they contain fat, the tissue salt ointments may not be suitable where the condition is a wet skin rash. In such cases the application of tablets is advisable. Cream is available in 70gr (2.5oz) or 150gr (5.5oz) jars.

The Dosage of the Tissue Salts Tablets
Acute: For acute illnesses, a higher dose of the tissue salt(s) is used, taking approximately 5 to 10 tablets every 30 minutes to 1 hour. They can be dissolved in the mouth or dissolved in hot water and sipped slowly. (DO NOT USE METAL SPOON OR CUP.)
Chronic: For chronic conditions take a smaller dosage for a longer period of time. It has taken a long time for the chronic condition to develop, and may take up to two years or longer to release the condition. In these cases, take 6 to 12 tablets daily of each of the tissue salts that are indicated for the condition. The daily dosage can be divided into two dosages of 6 tablets of each tissue salt.

EXAMPLE: Acute illness - a cold or the flu
- With the first sneeze and/or chill, take #4 Ferr Phos 12X (Iron phosphate) every 10 to 15 minutes by mouth. This will stop the virus from entering into the bloodstream of the body during the incubation period (first three days).
- For a cold or flu, take #4 Ferr Phos 12X (Iron phosphate) and #5 Kali Mur 6X (potassium phosphate). Take 3-4 tablets of each every hour for a few days.
- For a running nose add #9 Nat Mur 6X (sodium chloride).
- To recover from a cold or flu, add #7 Kali Sulph 6X (potassium sulfate).
- Your health will be naturally restored.
